Documents shared via Luma Plans are protected via tokenized links. Anyone with the link can access the document, so please share responsibly.
We use commercially reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure. You assume all risk for the information you choose to share.

We use tracking software (such as cookies, pixels, or similar technologies) to monitor:

📜 TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Luma Plans, operated by Red Powder LLC, an Utah-based company ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Luma Plans website and platform available at https://lumaplans.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States to use Luma Plans. By using our Service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain the confidentiality of your account.
2. Permitted Use & Platform Abuse
Luma Plans is intended solely for distributing construction-related documents. Any other use is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform—without notice—if you abuse the service, violate these Terms, or use it for non-construction-related purposes.
During the Beta phase, accounts are limited to:
300 document shares per month300 megabytes of total file storage per month
These limits may be adjusted at any time during the Beta period.
3. Beta Disclaimer
Luma Plans is currently in
Beta
. This means the service is still under development and may experience bugs, outages, or feature changes. We appreciate your feedback and patience during this time.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.Exceed the stated usage limits.Interfere with the platform’s functionality or performance.Access or use accounts or documents that do not belong to you without permission.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including misuse, abuse, or failure to comply with these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Powder LLC and Luma Plans are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Luma Plans is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Usage Limits:
Beta users are currently limited to 300 shares and 300 MB of storage per month. These limits are subject to change.
Document Security:
While token-protected, shared document links are accessible by anyone who has them. You are responsible for managing access appropriately.
Third-Party Services:
Luma Plans may integrate with third-party services like Brevo (for email/SMS delivery). Your use of those services is subject to their own policies.
Beta Risk:
As a Beta product, Luma Plans may have bugs or incomplete features. Your feedback may be used to improve the product.
